How do I remove my primary or secondary email?

Please be aware that you need your primary email to login into your Loop account. In order to remove your primary email, you will first of all have to replace your primary email with a secondary email. Follow the steps below to remove any of the email.

  1. Click your Profile picture on the top right corner of Loop's homepage. 
  2. Click Settings & Privacy on the drop-down menu. 
  3. Click the Email button on the settings menu.
  4. Click the Make Primary button to replace your primary with your secondary email. 
  5. Click the delete icon to remove your primary email.
