How can I submit my review report?

Fill in all the different questions, click on the Add file button if you wish to upload a file, then click "Submit my report". Please be aware that you can save and resume your report in any moment by pressing on the related blue button "Save and resume later"

Please note that "Submit my report" will be greyed out until the minimum word count has been met. 

Once the minimum word count has been met the "Submit my report" button will be enabled. This is in line with the system design.

If you have selected "Revision is required" / "Substantial revision is required", you will stay apart of the review process and be notified once the authors reply to your comments and/or upload revisions. You will be asked to comment on those replies or revisions. 

 

If you have selected "The manuscript can be accepted", you will be taken to a form where you can provide some final comments to the editor. Once you finish the process, your report will be visible to the editor (and then to the authors once the interactive review stage  is reached) but they won't be able to post comments in your reviewer tab. You likewise won't be able to act in the review forum anymore. The editor can reactivate your review if needed.

If you have selected "The manuscript should be rejected", your will be taken to a pop-up where you need to indicate your reasons for rejection. Once you have filled this in and concluded the process, your report will be visible to the editor and the review will end for you. You will lose access to the review forum.
