If you used a different payment option (such as bank transfer or check), there is a technical delay before the payment is deposited into our account. Also, it could take a few days for the accounting office to match your payment to your invoice. The verification time can be substantially reduced if your invoice number is clearly indicated in the transaction details, and if you upload a proof of payment (from the invoice detail page).
